みなさんはニキビ（吹き出物）に悩んだことはないでしょうか？
私も５年前までは疲れたときに決まって鼻の周囲に吹き出物ができていました。
思春期ではなく、成人のニキビは全身の慢性疾患の部分症状であることが数年前の研究報告にありました。
糖尿病、肥満などのメタボの一つのサインでもあります。
今はまったく出ないのは、ライフスタイル（パレオライフスタイル）を変えたおかげです!(^^)!
実際に思春期にニキビで悩んでいる人も多く、米国ではニキビ治療の85%は失敗に終わると正直に書いていました。
なぜニキビができるのでしょうか？
ニキビはアトピーと同じく皮膚に起こる慢性炎症です。
慢性炎症の直接の原因は・・・・・
もうみなさんお分かりですね(^_-)-☆。
さて現代医学ではニキビの原因を何ととらえているのでしょうか？
ニキビ菌（Propionibacterium acnes）による炎症。
特にニキビ菌の出す毒素によって皮膚に炎症が起こるとしています。
そこで・・・・
何と研究者が思いついたのが、毒素を中和する抗体を産生すべく、ニキビ菌に対するワクチンの開発(;^_^A
実際にマウスとヒトの皮膚細胞に対して、毒素に対する抗体を投与すると、ニキビの炎症が治まったようです（ J Invest Dermatol. 2018 Jun 28）。
さて、このような毒素に対する抗体を作るようなワクチンの設計は、おそらく毒素の類似の物質となるはずです。
その場合、ワクチン接種によってしっかりと炎症が皮膚に起きないと抗体が作れません。
ここは、『新・免疫革命』で詳述した部分ですね(#^.^#)。
毒素そのものを入れると炎症を加速させるので、毒素を少し弱めた物質を入れるしかありません。
そうすると、今度は炎症を引き起こせないので、「アジュバンド」という毒性物質を添加しないといけなくなります。
「アジュバンド」の危険性・・・・・
「アジュバンド」で起こした炎症によって、将来どの自己免疫疾患にかかるか分かりません。
さらに・・・・
この毒素に反応する抗体は他の正常組織と反応を起こす可能性が高いです（交差反応といいます）。
拙著にも詳述したように、たいていのバクテリアの成分は私たちの組織の成分と類似した構造を持っています。
また、ニキビ菌自体は皮膚の共生微生物です。共生微生物が放出する毒素（人間が勝手に”毒素”と命名しているだけ）は、皮膚の形態形成維持に重要な働きをしている可能性もあります。
以上から、ニキビに対するワクチンのリスクとベネフィットを考えると・・・・・
限りなく、リスクが高すぎますね(^^♪。
ニキビに関しても、皮膚の慢性炎症が起こる本当の原因にアプローチすることが安全かつ根治につながりますよね(^_-)-☆。
“Is this a miracle drug of acne?”
Have you ever suffered from acne (rash)?
Until five years ago, I used to have pimples around my nose when I got tired.
It has reported a few years ago that adults’ acne, which is not adolescences’, is a partial symptom of chronic systemic diseases.
Now that I’ve changed my lifestyle (to paleo lifestyle) and acne doesn’t come out at all! (^^)!
Many people are actually suffering from acne at puberty, and the report honestly said that 85% of acne treatments end in failure in the United States.
What causes acne?
Acne is chronic inflammation that occurs in the skin like atopy.
The direct cause of chronic inflammation is … I know everyone already understands (^ _ -) – ☆
By the way, what do they think is the cause of acne in modern medicine?
It’s considered to be the inflammation caused by acne bacteria (Propionibacterium acnes).
It’s said that inflammation occurs in the skin due to toxins especially from acne bacteria.
Then····
To my surprise, what the researchers came up with was the development of a vaccine against acne bacteria to produce antibodies that neutralize toxins (; ^ _ ^ A
Actually, when an antibody against the toxin was administered to skin cells of mouse and human, they reported that inflammation of acne was cured (J Invest Dermatol. 2018 Jun 28).
Now, the design of a vaccine that makes antibodies against such toxins should be a similar substance of the toxin.
In that case, you cannot make antibodies unless inflammation occurs firmly on the skin by the vaccination.
This part is detailed in my book called “New Immunity Revolution” (# ^. ^ #).
However, putting actual toxins themselves will accelerate inflammation, so there is no choice but to put a substance that weakens the toxin a little.
Now you can’t cause inflammation with this weaker toxin, so they have to add a toxic substance called “adjuvant”.
What is the risk of “adjuvant” …
All adjuvants definitely have the potential to cause autoimmune diseases in the future because of induced pathologic inflammation.
Furthermore····
The antibodies reactive with this toxin are highly likely to react with other normal tissues (it’s called cross-reactivity).
As detailed in my book, most bacterial components have structures similar to those of our tissues.
In addition, acne bacteria itself are symbiotic microorganisms of the skin. It’s possible that toxins released by symbiotic microorganisms (which human being arbitrarily named as “toxin”) have an important function in maintaining the morphogenesis of the skin.
To conclude, given the risks and benefits of vaccines against acne ….
The risks are too high to take (^ ^ ♪.
For acne also, approaching the real cause of chronic inflammation of the skin will lead to safe and complete cure (^ _ -) – ☆.
